How do I track my package?

I have not received a tracking number. What now?
First, check your spam or junk mail folder. Can't find anything? Please contact us with your order number, and we'll look into it for you right away.
From what amount is shipping free?
We offer free shipping on orders over €39. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee applies.
Can I still change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. As long as your package has not yet been shipped, we will be happy to adjust it for you.
I don't see any updates in my tracking. What does that mean?
Don't panic — your package is definitely on its way. The track & trace sometimes lags a few days behind the actual status, especially for deliveries in Belgium.
Give it a few business days. If no updates appear after an extended period, please contact us with your order number.
What if my package doesn't arrive?
We'll fix that. Contact us with your order number and we'll arrange a suitable solution together — reshipment or refund.
